Preparation: defrost the product before use. Deep-fryer (180°C): heat the product for 5 minutes. Oven (200°C): place the product on baking paper in the middle of the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes. Turn over halfway through. Frying pan: heat oil in a frying pan. Fry the product on moderate heat in 6 minutes. Turn regularly. Air fryer (180°C): heat the product for 8 minutes.
