– Soy Ponzu(Kikoman)
– Rice paper (Bamboo Tree)
For the Crab meat I choose to make a Vietnamese summer roll to really let the flavour of the crab Stix stand out.
Cut the cabbage and clean the little gem
Dunk the rice paper
Chop all of your vegetables to thin slices.
Serve the summer roll with the ponzu an thin cut spring onion.
