Preparation: defrost the product before use. Oven: preheat the oven to 200°C. Place on baking paper in the middle of the oven and heat for 12 minutes. Turn over halfway through. Deep-fryer (180°C): heat the product for 3 minutes. Frying pan: heat oil in a frying pan. Fry the product on moderate heat until evenly brown on both sides in 8-10 minutes. Turn regularly. Air fryer (180°C): heat the product for 10 minutes.
